asiapacap is Mike B. I wish that posters here would get off his back and treat him with the respect he deserves. He wants what most of us here want, for HRCT to increase in value and make us all alot of money. I have corresponded with him for quite some time. He is a man of honor and integrity! His knowledge of HRCT and all markets are great resources and we should thank him for being here instead of making sarcastic posts to him. This is just my humble opinion. In the immortal words of that great American, Rodney King, "Can't we all just get along". LOL
