Hey MoodyOne what's with the badgering. We are all concerned about share price especially those of us who have huge losses in this stock due to the crimes committed against shareholders as detailed in the SEC case and to add insult to injury the new management and board just sold stock at a 75% discount to the market without offering a single share to existing shareholders. That sends a terrible message to the market place that the shares are not worth anywhere near the current market price and the existing shareholders are not to be told in the recent conference call about the sale of the steeply discounted shares and they are not to be given the right to purchase shares at this severely discounted price even though management had a year or more to prepare for this payment as it was an accrued item for accounting purposes.
