All the important stuff was covered..imo..
SEC - Basically a done deal. Half the funds are in and the other half coming by April 29th..SEC approved the time frame.
10K will be in by April 15th
Acquisitions in the 30 to 50 percent range are in progress
Road shows to drum up more institutional interest coming as the acquisitions proceed.
Nasdaq within a 12 month period..
What more would you like from a company. A plan and lofty goals set for a relatively short time frame..I get the feeling Carrie has been putting things together all this time as the SEC case dragged on....Nothing is for sure in this world, but Carrie is an efficient, competent CEO with a load of resources at her disposal...Hrct is sitting in the best position it has ever known..IMHO..
ALoha
Get in touch with Alan Phan. That company will rock right now. I will take the lead.
Sill have the Enova shares listed in a old account, will anything ever happen there ?
3,847 SEC Suspensions between Jan. 1st,2010 to March 31,2021. After the 10 market day SEC Suspension expires each stock is placed on the Grey Market where no Market Maker is allowed to quote those stocks.
Of the 3,847 SEC Suspensions 1,107 remain on the Grey Market, 2,193 stock registrations were revoked whereby the stocks cannot trade on any public market, and FINRA has deleted 547 symbols/tickers.
The lists of all 3,847 stocks are posted after the notes.
WARNING!!
When the SEC's Amendments to RULE 15c2-11 become law within the next few months there will be hundreds to thousands of OTC stocks that will lose compliance to RULE 15c2-11 because those company disclosures are not adequate and not accurate. That will mean NO QUOTATIONS, ie., GREY MARKET, similar to SEC Suspensions without requiring a formal SEC Suspension.
Let this sink in: If an average of 25 I-Hubbers owned stock in each of the 3,847 Suspensions over the last 11 1/4 years that means ~96,175 I-Hubbers lost most or all of their money in each suspended stock. If each I-Hubber lost an average of $2,000 or $5,000 or $10,000 for each SEC Suspension that would be a collective loss of $192,300,000 to $480,750,000 to $961,500,000!!! STOP being a casualty with untenable losses in SEC Suspensions by learning what types of stocks are at risk of an SEC Suspension.
There are two types of SEC Suspensions, one for SEC Registered Issuers/Filers that are delinquent in filing Financials. The SEC Suspension is always accompanied with an Administrative Proceeding outlining the Financials delinquencies. Those stocks will have their stock registrations revoked, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Stocks in this category will remain on the Grey Market until the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the stock registration. Note: The SEC occasionally files Administrative Proceedings without suspending a stock when the stock has been illiquid for an extended time. To date NOT ONE of the 2,193 suspended SEC Registered stocks has avoided revocation of their stock registration(s)....NOT ONE!!!!!!!!
The second type of SEC Suspension involves questions about adequacy and/or accuracy of company information, including news releases, share issuances, stock promotions, unverified social media claims (eg., Twitter, Facebook, etc) about a stock, and whatever else the SEC may allege. This group comprises stocks that are not registered with the SEC and occasionally SEC Registered stocks. Both categories of stocks will remain on the Grey Market (or the insidious Expert Market) until either the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the registrations of SEC Registered stocks or until FINRA deletes the ticker symbols of OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC. The SEC may also file charges of FRAUD.
***Additional notes after the suspension lists.
1,107 Grey Market stocks: ***Comprised of delinquent SEC Registered stocks pending SEC Admin. Law Judge registration revocation and OTC stocks not registered with the SEC pending FINRA ticker/symbol deletion and possible SEC Litigation. Note: The SEC forbids ALL Market Makers from providing any quotations, ie., no bids or asks when the 10 day Suspension expires.

NOTES:
Research EDGAR to know if an OTC stock is registered with the SEC.
*** Input the company name only and do not include Inc., Corp., Ltd, or any other suffix. If an SEC Registrant stock is delinquent in filing Financials for one year or more DO NOT BUY THAT STOCK under any circumstances. If/once the SEC suspends an SEC registered stock for Financials delinquencies it is TOO LATE to remedy the Financials delinquencies and all stock registrations WILL BE REVOKED, no exceptions!!!
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
The SEC's report on Outcomes of Investing in OTC stocks: READ IT!!!
https://www.sec.gov/dera/staff-papers/white-papers/White_OutcomesOTCinvesting.pdf
READ I-Hub stock message boards of stocks that were suspended and are still on the Grey Market, or had their stock registration(s) revoked, or had their ticker deleted by FINRA. Compare the extreme hype and false hope before an SEC Suspension to the delusions from false information after the SEC Suspension to the horrors of reality when their OTC stock ended up as a complete loss. A few hours of effective research will prevent financial losses and ruin.
NOTE: Of the 3,662 Suspended stocks EDVP (now PRLX), SDRG (from Sept. 17,2012 SEC Suspension), and PHOT got off of the Grey Market, a very rare occurrence for stocks not registered with the SEC at the time of reinstatememt to the OTC. It is perilous to think that other Grey Market stocks will get off of the Grey Market, or for SEC Registrant Filers to avoid revocation.
NOTE: After SDRG satisfied the SEC's questions and FINRA reinstated the stock to the OTC SDRG thereafter registered with the SEC but became delinquent in their Financials and the stock was suspended for the second time. The SDRG stock registration(s) was revoked on June 19,2019.
NOTE: DHCC reregistered with the SEC on Oct. 14,2015 after the stock registration had been revoked on Sept. 14,2014. *** This board has post numbers 1162 for revocation and 1494 for the FORM 10 re-registration.
NOTE: FTNW reregistered with the SEC on Feb 7,2017 after the stock registration had been revoked on Sept.12,2014. The Suspensions board has post numbers 1171 for revocation and 1879 for the FORM 10 re-registration.
Note: CANN reregistered with the SEC on Dec. 23,2016. Post number 2035 on the Suspensions board.
Note: GSTN was reinstated to the OTC by FINRA on Oct. 25,2018. Original SEC Suspension for questions about adequacy and accuracy of information on May 14,2012. No paperwork to know what GSTN did to be reinstated to the OTC.**Still no quotations as of Sept. 27,2019.
Note: VMCI, now ICCT reregistered with the SEC. Registration had been revoked on Feb. 14,2018. Stock began trading in June, 2019.
Note: JSHG was revoked on June 22,2017. JSHG reregistered with the SEC on June 17,2019, two years after the stock revocation. JSHG began trading very small volumes on Aug. 16,2019.
Note: CODS (not registered with the SEC) was suspended on March 2,2015 and was reinstated to the OTC (off the Grey Market) on Aug. 22,2019. There have been zero trades since reinstatement to the OTC.
Note: CIRC (now CIRX) was revoked on March 28, 2017 and reregistered with the SEC on July 25,2019 and was reinstated to the quoted OTC on Sept. 12,2019. Immediately thereafter the company did a one for 1,000 reverse split, wiping out shareholders that had endured the 2 1/2 years it took for CIRX to reregister with the SEC.
NOTE: Foreign Issuers may also be on the Grey Market until they obtain Regulatory approvals to be listed on any U.S. Exchange or the OTC. Foreign Issuers on the Grey Market are NOT to be confused with or compared to OTC stocks that are specifically on the Grey Market due to an SEC Suspension.
Note: After a ticker symbol has been deleted FINRA may assign the deleted ticker symbol to another company after a sufficient time lapse whereby the newly assigned ticker to another company would not be confused with the former company and ticker.

Hi HRCT Longs....crazy thing is i remember way back in the late 90's, after the internet stocks ran. Then i looked to china, remembering it being very political to get anything done. but i found HRCT, there was one other, but it was higher. anyway stock around .08-.10 when i started to buy, still unknown. i loaded up, bought and sold, had thousands of "free" shares. i made a ton. It was my 1st fix. My best friend worked on Wall St. was with a major company, i worked midnight's, so i had all day to "day-trade".. lol
i liked the penny's and that sector started to get hot, i told him about HRCT, little after HRCT started to get on screen, little did i know but he happen to tell his floor about the stock and a few others i had told him. Well, for those that want to feel the power of this stock, when ever i called him, maybe 2x a week, the whole floor stood quiet and listened, i gave them updated on HRCT on anything i heard. crazy stuff being a nobody and having a major trading firm waiting on my words. My friends at work put additions on their homes, it was great. DID i hold my "Free" shares...... YES.. the last guy probaly covered the windows with my shares. It was a great time from .08 to 20.00 in a few months time. Honestly i have that feeling again and search what i think are the future sectors, and so I'm back trading, I think this is a even better time than then for investing... Good Luck my Fellow HRCT'ers LONG LIVE HRCT!!!! (i watched the day it peaked, level 2.) can only compare it to the BEST Hockey game i watched in the stands in NJ, Mark Messier winning THE Guaranteed game! YES i was there.
Can't PM ----- but, always good to see an old friend.....wow,
had to find somewhere to reply to you ----- this board is like
stepping BACK to TIME....... Wow, where have the YEARS gone ?!?!?!?????
Hope all's well ----- stay safe / healthy, MM !!!
I wonder if Alan Phan is still out there in South Korea?
He waded in the wrong waters in the most manipulated market in history. Until today, that is. Now the Fed through another subsidiary props it up with fake money handed out as "stimulus". Like everyone needs that?
We are headed into a world of turmoil from here on out in the monetary systems.
The Hartcourt "Dream" will live on for quite some time. Too bad it wasn't really what it was professed to be. Sinobull.com would have been Nice. Enova should have worked out fine with this "Covid-19" invasion of the world. Jesus, that one could have exploded (air filtration ~ imagine what could have been professed about that one for the workplace!).
Indeed, Hartcourt did die.
RIP
Peace,
M&M Man
I saw Dr. Phan playing tennis with MM man and tennistud. They were forming new strategies for the next pump.
Just to remember and keep the dream alive.
Our Doctor
None of the obits I've found name Phan's "two sons." Isn't that odd for such an illustrious PhD known around the world.
"so his wife – Melissa and two sons of him accepted
to withdraw oxygen tube on Oct 19th."
You mean Phan? He apparently died, and in the USA, not China or Viet Nam.

why is this con artist not in Jail.... still own my shares... : (
HRCT as a cult stock
1) Investors buy and never sell.
2) Failures presented as opportunities to buy more.
3) Defectors face attacks, ostracism (remember Houseboater circa 2001)
4) Shareholders seek group approval. Board "leaders."
5) Traditional investing requirements don't apply. e.g. timely audits. clarity
6) Huge % of investors' funds tied up in the cult stock.
7) Sensible diversification or tax loss selling never discussed.
8) Desire to meet other cult members. Huge turnout at SH meetings.
9) Groupthink. "Them Versus Us." Siege mentality.
10) Doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
Two red flag phrases often encountered with cult stocks:
Long and Strong
Stay the Course
What's wrong with cult stocks? For one thing, they're usually overpriced and therefore poor investments. Economic reality tends to trump fantasy in the long run.
Followers: 175 Why are we still here? I am off to search for the Doc in Lake Tahoe, soon. I will spend a week this time looking.
Some help from maybe a bail bondsmen, seasoned investors, or a washed up attorney may be useful.
Is this our Doc? Lots of You Tube time
If the dream is still alive, maybe we can bring our crew back together? https://www.google.com/#q=Dr.+Alan+Phan
I found our Dr.Phan accidentally. He changed his name to Dr John Fan, and he is now CEO of Kopin, KOPN. Notice the name is coded, and the give away is that the first name has 4 letters in it. While the last name is a bit more obvious.
Sometimes warnings mean just what they say (like HRCT's GC Warning:
Why HRCT shareholders are getting better at investing:
O'Shaughnessy: "Fidelity had done a study as to which accounts had done the best at Fidelity. And what they found was..."
Ritholtz: "They were dead."
O'Shaughnessy: "...No, that's close though! They were the accounts of people who forgot they had an account at Fidelity."

Sometimes I think "I've seen it all" in my decades of investing, but Phan's Loyalty Program should win a prize for innovation.
I presume his goal was to kick up excitement and trading volume to absorb his millions of other shares, which it certainly did. He must have laughed as "Stupid American" penny players slobbered over themselves testifying to their support of the scammy and failing Hartcourt. The free share giveaway also encouraged players to hold onto their shares... likely while he was dumping his.
I'm not aware of any other company employing such a gimmick.
Had a good broker. Had lots of good stocks and made a lot of money from 1950 until now, Sold out all my good stuff a year ago, Got plenty of money to live on nw, Harcourt was the only fun stock I ever bought I only lost 15kon it but had a lot of fun,I knew it was only a joke when we were getting those free shares, lol
Who initiated your move into Hartcourt years ago, you or your broker?
Did your broker mention that Hartcourt always carried an SEC Going Concern Warning and many other red flags. HRCT's stock was utterly inappropriate for most (I'd say "all") investors. If you were averaging down it was probably after Phan had left the country and the SEC starting sniffing around. What kind of broker would even accept an order for such a stock from a retiree?
Your family should be warned about him. You don't want your estate looted by someone close to your assets.
IHUB kept the records, not me, just 90 posts from Mr Don. I do have some old gems saved in text files. Some of the juiciest stuff gets deleted.
Did you use a full commissioned brokerage for the purchase?
AMAZING record keeping. Why did you bother?
Now the loss is for sure long term, and may not be worth the bother to take. If Mr. Don has the real shares, I will buy them for par value, 0.0001 each, if sent to me COD :)
No, wait, that is $12.50 of REAL money! Sorry Mr. Don.
Yes Bar he will do that when I need it, I am asmost 90 now lol want to make a few more,
Don, do you still have that same broker, the one who loved HRCT, and encouraged you (at age approaching 80) to continue averaging down?
Won't your brokerage house take those defunct shares off your hands even now? There are way to secure a tax loss
Good morning I stoll have 125K shares of hartcourt. I want to sell any takers?
You could have a one of a kind there. I do truly believe that only an actual Hartcourt share of ownership in the Corporation, printed on parchment paper, could possibly be worth more.
If memory serves me, I believe that picture was taken down in Boca Raton...........hb
LOL
"Life is tough, but it's tougher if you're stupid"... John Wayne (Sgt. Stryker - Sands of Iwo Jima)
I recall there were only about 3 shareholders (counting me) who made the New York City meeting.
And, there was more than one in the San Francisco area, that I went to as well, with our new hotel CEO at the airport and once downtown, at the Hyatt, what was his name? One in a smaller convention room, too.
I missed NY.
Betty was the woman who made the shells. I think she passed on.
I am sure BAR1080, OC Ern'dog has good notes on those factoids
The memories :)
I believe so... I went to most, if not all, of the shareholder meetings in Hartcourt's hayday... Kissimmee, Long Beach, Las Vegas and New York City. Not necessarily in that order. I'll take a picture of the hat and will post it here.
I recall Phan gave the baseball caps at the Shareholders meeting that was held in Kissimmee, FL.
I am not sure I ever had one. When did you get yours? Make sure you wear yours now and then, just in case.
Did you lose your Harcourt baseball cap? Still got mine!
May Tin-Berrygood survived and have learned from this scam.
lol, yep, that's the one........hb
Are you referring to that "ordinary shareholder" who would fly in from Hawaii for all the shareholders' meetings? He was utterly stunned -- speechless for a few days -- when she suddenly resigned. I should have that period of posts bookmarked somewhere. Of course, soon he took a shine to the next CEO.
IMHO, IMO, JMHO LOLOL!
Yea she was one super fine lady alright <vbg>. Radvision told her to take that junk she was trying to push and try it on someone that was as gullible as her "mass following" around Hartcourtland. Can't really blame Radvision..........they knew where the "con" was coming. But sure enough, there were many and one in particular that thought her poop didn't stink. At least that what he tried to sell to the "Phansmen of Harcourtland, and they loved her for it. The last that could be heard as she drove out of sight..........."hurry along dear before it gets light"....hb
Let us know when you come across the financial statements and a ticker symbol, okay?
