The SEC case was not against shareholders so WE were not the subject of the prosecution but the Chairman and CEO of the Company were found guilty of Securities Fraud, Misrepresentations to Shareholders and a numnber of other infractions of the law which COULD form the basis for a class action suit by shareholders who were supposed to receive restitution from the SEC penalties but as we found out later that appears to be not possible. The Compnay has the money to pay restitution to the SEC as they have raised money by selling HRCT shares at a 75% discount to the market without disclosing that fact in the most recent conference call with shareholders and without offering those shares at a steep discount to loyal shareholders like you and me who have held these shares for years and bought them at significantly higher prices than they are trading at today.
