Haste makes waste. That definitely sounds plausible, Jr. If that's the case, certainly better for Newby's error to have arisen out of a desire to expedite the process rather than simply obtaining the "wrong" collateral. Appreciate the analysis.

So iyo funding will happen, Newby will apply again but to another bank.

How quickly can this new loan be completed and then funded?

I completely agree with that. He unfortunetly tried to rush everything at once with the loans which in turn set them back a week or two. They will still get the loan and im still in this and buying more whenever I can. GLTA

This might come to pass:

"Remember the name NEWBY & ASSOCIATES, INC. I have a feeling the WORLD is going to take notice after QASP."

Man that sounds good.

Unfortunately this PR is pretty clear and the BS is right on time.

Mr. Newby has informed the Company that The Assets Backing the SBLC presented to the bank for the cash funds of the Loan had been rejected due to insufficient funds backing the SBLC. This bank is requiring that any SBLC that is to be pledged as collateral must be 100% cash backed and not a combination of cash equivalent Assets.

Now is someone going to have me to believe that Mr. Newby and the CEO of this company were not aware of the terms and conditions for the SBLC prior to all the PRs?

Come on.

Your reasoning makes sense. But the only thing that bothers me about this theory is that in the PR Dean says that Newby has now moved the loan to another bank which he has a long standing relationship with. If time is of the essence why would they not have gone to the bank that Newby is connected with. Newby did pick the bank. And AAA banks are not easy to come by. JMO
Oh yeah and I hope you are right.

Jr,

Absolutely correct.

(Took me a while to sort out what had happened yesterday, and it didn't make sense at first because everything was on track.)

The way you posted this makes it very easy for all who read the MB here to understand what actually occured.

If Newby had just been patient and closed the $10M first, the $100M would have been easily closed right behind it, and we would be in a completely different place today.

Futhermore, we learn from our mistakes, right? So now Newby & Mr. Bradley understand not to "ram it through, just be patient do it right, and get it done".

Looks like yesterday was just a hiccup in time, an even if it's a "learn as you go, they are learning, and will ultimately get it right when all is said and done".

Best Regards, Bernie

(Edit: From yesterday's PR, it does seem as though they are quickly working together to get the $1.8M needed. The second that occurs we are once again only days away from what could be, the most amazing PPS run in PK history. Stay tuned.)

Well thought out and very likely. If Dean has another avenue to raise the $1.8 mil and PR's it we'll bounce back into the .02s+ IMO.

Usually somewhere in the process of borrowing money borrower is required to sign statement that down payment wasn't borrowed.

I guess DB was prepared to commit fraud and swear he hadn't borrowed down payment/ fee for $100m loan, but lender caught him before it occured.

Jr,

This reminds me of when so many people were doing refinances for their primary home, to use the money to purchase 2nd and 3rd homes at the same time.

It took a bit of patience and strategy as to not overlapping the same lender with the same money, otherwise it would have been a similar outcome.

Wait a minute? We just increased your loan by $50K, and then gave you another mortgage for $300K on top of it?

Anyway, you get my point.

(Holding nice at .0066 - .0067. Seller's are definently done, longs accumulating, everyone in wait and see mode.)

Best Regards, Bernie

QASP can't even get a legitimate CEO to take control of the company. Where is the public resume? CAVEAT EMPTOR!

It was not a rejection and will have no affect on their ability to get financed, imo.
