Your reasoning makes sense. But the only thing that bothers me about this theory is that in the PR Dean says that Newby has now moved the loan to another bank which he has a long standing relationship with. If time is of the essence why would they not have gone to the bank that Newby is connected with. Newby did pick the bank. And AAA banks are not easy to come by. JMO
