This reminds me of when so many people were doing refinances for their primary home, to use the money to purchase 2nd and 3rd homes at the same time.
It took a bit of patience and strategy as to not overlapping the same lender with the same money, otherwise it would have been a similar outcome.
Wait a minute? We just increased your loan by $50K, and then gave you another mortgage for $300K on top of it?
Anyway, you get my point.
(Holding nice at .0066 - .0067. Seller's are definently done, longs accumulating, everyone in wait and see mode.)
