Absolutely correct.
(Took me a while to sort out what had happened yesterday, and it didn't make sense at first because everything was on track.)
The way you posted this makes it very easy for all who read the MB here to understand what actually occured.
If Newby had just been patient and closed the $10M first, the $100M would have been easily closed right behind it, and we would be in a completely different place today.
Futhermore, we learn from our mistakes, right? So now Newby & Mr. Bradley understand not to "ram it through, just be patient do it right, and get it done".
Looks like yesterday was just a hiccup in time, an even if it's a "learn as you go, they are learning, and will ultimately get it right when all is said and done".
