Like I said, if he had closed the $10 mil loan first, none of this would have happened. He tried to push it thru and got caught. Now they are requiring the cash up front. Just another hurdle, but I do not doubt they will complete this loan.

I don't know about DB but for sure Newby, he has no excuse. That is where I am putting most of the blame. He would be my last resort for a loan and apparently is for DB as well.
