That was probably the most intelligent and realistic post I have read on this board in several months. I couldnt have said it better myself. The exaggeration and embellishment on both sides has gotten out of control and it is pretty funny I think. Whatever happens will not be nearly as significant as many would have you believe and its not likely to happen anytime soon. So worrying about the daily changes and trends is not worth the time.
200 mil?..lol..oh my.....spng owes money for sure...but not 200 mil...hahaha... if they pay the bills, they all go away...its that simple..
The 200 million has nothing to do with what they owe. What they owe is extra. The 200 million plus reflects the losses shareholders sustained as the price of this scam dropped from 28 cents to .02 cents during the class period. The average daily volume was often running 150 to 200 million shares a day during this time frame. Many people lost small fortunes in this confidence scam. Didn't Moskofraud himself claim that the company had close to 80,000 shareholders back in July? That is 80,000 wiped out madder than hell naifs.
The class action suits are a layup. The only problem will be getting compensation. It will probably require every last penny of value left in this after Metter and Moskowitz plundered it dry. SPNG shares are worthless as a result. It's obvious that you have no clue here.
