I'm not sure how anyone is exaggerating about the company's failure to file - the suspension - getting kicked to the Greys - the Wells notice with 16 Securities Violations - 3 Class action lawsuits - the MET's suing SPNG - MSG suing SPNG - the company writing 100's of thousands of dollars in Bad Checks

but the worst by far ....

What you see as exageration on the negative side, may well be an understatement. SPNG and its management have BIG time trouble brewing. Neither the company nor the management will wiggle free.
