No, the class-actions are not a lay-up. 80,000 shareholders, many of whom still hold shares. When the 10K comes out, the class-actions go away, and many of the Wells Notice allegations go away as well.

Maybe Mosky and Metter get banned in the process, but the company will survive and thrive.

A good company with good products and bad management...either the management will get replaced or the company will get bought out (or both).

Exactly right. I can't imagine why any SPNG share holder during that period would not join one of the Class Actions.

what part of "i dont care about issues that are 5 years down the road" didnt you get??...

i dont think its a slam dunk that businesses have to reimburse shareholders for money that they lost...but its ok with me if you think so...and in any case i dont care...if things go as you think, what good is a lawsuit?..if spng cant pay its bills, exactly how do you think those shareholders are supposed to be reimbursed?..with what?..from where?..lol

a 200 million reimbursement??...hahahah...may as well make it 200 billion..whats the difference...

but like i said, it does make things sound scary when you can try to make it appear as though spng actually owes that much...but its just what you estimate their "potential liability" is...

hell, every company in the world has a 200 mil potential liability for one reason or another...many are just one lawsuit away from that "potential"...i guess you could say everyone who drives a car has a "potential" multi-million dollar liability everytime they pull away from the curb...

but no one really worries about it when they are paying the bills at the end of the month.....but i suppose its a scary thought..lol..

all the fear mongers crack me up..this stock has always been high risk..you arent telling anyone anything they dont already know...yes pike bought and the pps rose...pike stops buying and the pps dips...yes, yes..that is already known..of course thats what will happen..its not news because you post it 12 times apiece..

some people however are betting that there is a reason he is buying and it will be good longer term for the pps when that news comes out...is it a fact?..no...is it guaranteed?..no..is it risky?..yes..

some people need to get over it all ready...there are bigger things happening out there...even if m/m are guilty of every crime, so what?..some people will some money..oh well..big deal..there really are much more serious things out there..hunger, war, violent crime, etc.....i think humanity would be better served if some of you would spend more of your TONS of spare time dealing with issues like those instead of here all day dealing with issues that in the end, dont matter at all in comparison...
