nonsense...if there ever is anything to the lawsuits, shareholders who held stock during whatever timeframes is deemed applicable will get a letter asking if they wish to be a part of the settlement...in about 5 years..

as for some people who want spng "exposed" to the world...ive got news for you...the world doesnt care..lol...in fact damn few people could care less..whatever happens, happens...i hold the stock and i dont even care that much...haha
