200 mil?..lol..oh my.....spng owes money for sure...but not 200 mil...hahaha... if they pay the bills, they all go away...its that simple..
The 200 million has nothing to do with what they owe. What they owe is extra. The 200 million plus reflects the losses shareholders sustained as the price of this scam dropped from 28 cents to .02 cents during the class period. The average daily volume was often running 150 to 200 million shares a day during this time frame. Many people lost small fortunes in this confidence scam. Didn't Moskofraud himself claim that the company had close to 80,000 shareholders back in July? That is 80,000 wiped out madder than hell naifs.
The class action suits are a layup. The only problem will be getting compensation. It will probably require every last penny of value left in this after Metter and Moskowitz plundered it dry. SPNG shares are worthless as a result. It's obvious that you have no clue here.
We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth... For my part, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst; and to provide for it. --Patrick Henry, Patriot and Hero of the American Revolution
