One can agree with Mickey or not, but imo the ambush post that struck a match to this tinderbox is one of many which have been deleted, and I read all of them last night. And it wasn't Loop's deleted post regarding the fickled shareholder award, which was very funny and in jest just as you said; nor was it any of Mickey's subsequent posts made in bad temper which came later.

Again, I really wish folks would take advantage of the ignore feature here if they have a problem with Mickey's posts instead of attacking him, as the attacks often go beyond what is necessary and are often unfair, imo.

Loophole

Excuse me but how many years have they had their hand in the cookie jar? How many times have you posted about excessive bonuses? I agree the engineers should get bonuses for creating something that will generate revenue. I don't see how the CFO, the Investor relations and other officers who at best have done what they were hired and was excited about getting the job to perform non other than what they was hired to do.

Now all of a sudden you are tooting their horn for not getting options, when in 2009 they received a ton for what was not accomplished in 2008, hence they were more than rewarded for not accomplishing what they was supposed to be paid for and didn't even accomplish it 2008 but took the awards.

I didn't know you was so willing to just reward mediocrity as I said do you think 55% production is passing or failing to accomplish your goals? I bet if anyone worked anywhere else and accomplshed 55% of what they are supposed to do, I seriously doubt if the Christmas stocking would be full of stock awards. What do you think? What if your secretary handed you what you assigned her to do and it was 55% complete somehow I don't think you would reward her for that.

seeing how I'm only showing 6 posts on the board since yesterday afternoon....including this message I'm replying to, I expect that there was a lot of moaning....sigh

Loop,
Mickeys total disregard of the proper way to contact the IDCC board is an embarrassment to all concerned investors on this and every IDCC thread. He must think rules are made for others and not him. It's in plain sight in IDCC's investors section on how to contact the board. I've posted it below and hope in the future that Mickey and anyone else who has a complaint would take the time to contact the board the proper way rather than over load Janet's mail box with complaints.

There are many investors that are not happy with options and RSUs but Mickey sending a email to Janet claiming his view is shared by almost all the investors views was stone wrong.

What he forgets is we the investors have elected every single board member who in turn have elected a compensation committee who in turn has set up a plan on how shares are awarded.

If we elected the board members who granted the shares how can he claim his views represent the majority of investors?

Bottom line is if you don't like the way your elected board members are running the company vote them out rather then send useless complaints to a person who has nothing to do with the issue.

IMO Mickey's emails to Janet that he has posted on this board are a embarrassment to all of us investors.
