Despite your rather crude private message, I feel compelled to respond to you regarding your content and method of criticizing the personnel at IDCC.

First of all, your content is completely out of line. The BOD declined vesting in the RSU's earmarked for bonuses just before x-mas last year. This action was very proactive on the part of the BOD and very good for the shareholders. The result was that managemment received half of the compensation awarded the previous year. Thus, the BOD turned down bonuses just like the individual that you hastily threw in their faces. I suspect that the engineers received some additional compensation for their new discoveries and I certainly hope that you do not take exception with that portion of the business plan.

Second, your complaints should be sent certified mail, return receipt requested to the BOD. Perhaps they would have responded pointing out their actions in December and you would not have issued inaccurate information into cyberspace,

Finally, my method in response to your post was wrong. I stupidly agreed to receive three root canals yesterday in order to receive a discount from my dentist. The combination of painkillers and and several vodka gimlets brought out my creative side which usually produces results similar to the mock PR created last night. A very successful appellate lawyer used to provide me pills, booze and money in exchange for drafts of the argument portion of his briefs. I should have answered your post with the facts about the BOD actions regarding bonuses for last year, but I did not and for that I apologize. I hope you will reconsider your criticism of the IDCC personnel in light of their proactive actions regarding bonuses because it impressed me, a bonus plan skeptic, positively.
