Something is definitely up, it is totally out of character for IDCC not to have bought any stock in the last 30 plus days.

I believe if IDCC was close to doing any kind of investment Merritt wouldn't have been so tongue tied by Heartlands comments,
he would have had a comeback for him instead of spitting on himself.JMO

Just for fun. How about eveyone comes up with one positive reason why IDCC not been buying shares. I'll start:
We are close to announcing a license with a tier one manufacturer.

2. It makes the balance of the 45% of the market not licensed, license within 6 months.

From what we've heard in cc's it feels like it would be outside their core, so while i wouldn't think that possible for sure, the strategy of buying a relationship that could help close the deals is great, though existing revenue stream is my only MUST have.

IMO if they buy into their core tech with no revenue stream it might send a signal they weren't all that to start with.

Maybe our buyout is being held up on whether the KOP building is bought?Or..maybe whose offices are getting the best view?
