They are about to buy a company or assets or patents that must be or have already been licensed by SNE and Nokia that will immediately bring in license revenue, remove any doubt on the ability to license the remaining 45% of 3G, and will be hailed by wall street as the smartest use of cash.
Nessco, that is a reason why they should have been buying back shares.
This is NOT a time to play nice as shareholders. It is time to demand accountability and answers.
I continue down this path and I hope that many others here are doing the same.
We need more clarity from this company and I believe that we need new leadership.
I believe that our downside risk is somewhat minimal but our upside reward is limited by the vision of our BOD and management team. I have yet to see anything in recent events to change my mind. I have been more than patient, but now is the time for action.
