From the CC Merritt left open the possibility for a settlement with Nokia mid next year based on patents since the ITC started and about to be granted.
What if one of the companies and or groups of patents they are considering acquiring has the same thing?
Then I think they would be able to get Nokia to the table for their number and TC's number would look ridiculously low.
