IMO.

If they buy something I would like to see the following criteria met;

1. It adds to the bottom line immediately.
2. It makes the balance of the 45% of the market not licensed, license within 6 months.
3. IDCC mgmt communicates 1 and 2 clearly and distinctly from day 1.

If these criteria can't be met they shouldn't buy it IMO or else WS will punish the stock further.

Something is definitely up, it is totally out of character for IDCC not to have bought any stock in the last 30 plus days.

The other thought maybe the rumors are true and we are going to be acquired or possibly merge with another company.

The wireless sector is growing the traditional PC has been and continues to decline. It makes sense for several people in the old line PC business to at least give IDCC a very serious look.
