News for 'NUBV' - (NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire 100% of XND Technologies, Inc.)

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jul 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NutriPure Beverages,
Inc. (Pink Sheets:NUBV) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent
with XND Technologies, Inc. setting forth the parameters under which NutriPure
will acquire 100% of the stock of XND and XND will become a wholly-owned
subsidiary of NutriPure. The final agreement is expected to be announced
shortly. Under the terms of the proposed agreement, management of both companies
will remain intact and Steve Nickolas will remain as Chairman and CEO of the XND
subsidiary. NutriPure's CEO Ken Jones commented, "We are very pleased to
announce that we are in the final stages of completing the restructuring of our
relationship with XND Technologies, Inc. All parties believe that this is a
vastly superior arrangement that will allow us to quickly move forward with the
planned rollout of our Nu(2)O product line while simultaneously pursuing
additional opportunities and income streams. XND will continue to focus its
efforts on formulating, developing and bringing to market scientifically cutting
edge enhanced beverages while NutriPure's management team focuses on funding and
supporting XND's efforts, securing additional markets for XND's products, and
expanding the company's product lines into additional related areas."

ABOUT NUTRIPURE BEVERAGES, INC.

NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NUBV) is bringing to market a complete
line of nutrient-enhanced bottled water products under the NU(2)O label. These
products are created using a patented technology that is more efficient and less
costly than any other currently in use. This unique process adds organic
nutrients to water without adding masking flavors, colors or sweeteners,
yielding premium enhanced water products that contain no calories, no
carbohydrates, no colors and most importantly, no flavors other than pure water.
The process is further enhanced using desirable "cold-fill" techniques, which
save energy and reduce harmful, "plastic chemical leaching" into the product.
The company intends to market a full line of Nu(2)O nutrient-enhanced water
products which will compete with currently available products. Nu(2)O products
will include those that provide vitamin support for general health, a diet
formulation for weight watchers, an immune booster, an energy and fitness drink,
and additional products to be announced later. NutriPure is also seeking
additional acquisitions and ventures in the "healthy water/healthy" food
industry.

News for 'UPDV' - (Heartland Completes and Successfully Pressure Tests 4 Mile Pipeline - Installation of Flow Lines to Commence for Connection of 12 Wells Expected to Double Coalbed Methane Production)

MIAMI COUNTY, Kan., Jul 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Heartland Oil and Gas Corp.
(OTCBB: HTOG) (FWB: HOCA) has successfully conducted pressure testing on its new
4 mile pipeline in Kansas, signaling the completion of that pipeline. Work was
then immediately commenced to install the flow lines to each of the 12 new wells
to be connected in order to begin the sale of the coalbed methane being
generated by those wells.

With this successful testing and anticipated connection of 12 wells, Heartland
expects to double the coalbed methane production from this field in Southeast
Kansas. In addition, vast additional acreage will be open for further
development and drilling along the 4 miles to be accessed by the pipeline.

"We put the necessary pressure into the pipeline and found no leaks along its
entire length," reports Augie Soto, COO of Aztec Well Services, Heartland's
prime contractor on the work. "The four road crossings and 2 creek crossings
were our greatest concern and they held without any problems. The 8 inch main is
tied into the 12 inch main and the pipeline is secure all the way to the sales
meter. We will begin installation of the 4 inch flow lines without delay and
have scheduled the contractor to fracture the wells so they are ready for
production as soon as we can connect them."

Well Services, Inc. (www.aztecwell.net) as its wholly owned field services

News for 'SWVC' - (Hackett's Sees Continued Strong Sales After New Canton Location Grand Opening After opening weekend sales trending significantly higher than when WiseBuys)

OGDENSBURG, N.Y., Jul 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Seaway Valley Capital
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SWVC) today is pleased to report that the grand
opening of the Canton location of wholly owned subsidiary, Hackett's
(www.hackettsonline.com), was a great success with sales continuing to remain
significantly higher since. The grand opening weekend saw over 1,400
transactions totally over $47,000 in sales. Average weekly sales since the grand
opening have been about $63,000 per week, which compares well to the average
sales of $21,000 per week that both WiseBuys and the smaller Hackett's were
doing on a combined basis prior to the transition.

Norm Garrelts, President of Hackett's, stated, "We were very excited with the
opening results of the new location, and considering that Canton usually picks
up in the fall as students return to the two colleges here, we are even more
pleased." Mr. Garrelts added, "We expect the summer sales to slow somewhat with
average weekly sales probably settling in at $50,000. After the students return,
we would expect a fairly significant jump. Either way, sales have more than
doubled what WiseBuys and the closed Hackett's were doing together, which is
about what management has been expecting after each WiseBuys transition."

The new Hackett's Canton location has a full service True Value hardware
section, men's, women's and children's apparel and footwear, home decor, gifts,
sporting goods, toys, and seasonal items. The Canton location also leases space
to Payless ShoeSource.

News for 'MONA' - (MonArc Corp (MONA) Takes Legal Action Against Spammer - Stock Basher WPSnet)

BEIJING, July 3, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- MonArc Corporation,
www.monacorporation.com (Pink Sheets: MONA). The issuer has been made aware of
certain spam and slanderous types of messages that appear to be originating from
the issuer's previous domain name. The issuer has identified the malicious
perpetrator as WPSnet International
(http://www.wpsnet.com/script/site/default.asp). It also appears that the Pink
Sheets has identified the perpetrator in the past and issued a "Caveat Emptor"
rating on WPSnet International with this verbiage: Spam - The security is the
subject of spam. Investigation of Fraud - There is a known investigation of
fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders; including suspension
of trading of the perpetrators stock by the SEC. The issuer has received an
express apology from WPSnet International agent with a written formal apology to
be immediately forthcoming. No written apology was received by the issuer
despite several requests. The reasons for these malicious messages are still
unknown to the issuer, however it is clear to the issuer that the motives and
intent to discredit the issuers security and share price was WPS goal.

Notwithstanding, the issuer has instructed its corporate advisor in Toronto
Canada to commence legal proceedings forthwith against WPSnet International and
its principals. The issuer is aware that these types of false and misleading
messages serve only 1 purpose which is apparent on their face. The issuer being
an online Internet business takes these slanderous and false messages seriously.
Mr Yong Chan said "Preserving shareholder equity and rights is our top priority.
We do not intend to sit idle while this perpetrator engages in these types of
activities from Europe, where our security just happens to be short sold the
most." The issuer intends to expand the scope of its litigation against other
organizations that harbour these types of activities without further notice.

The common shares of the Company are currently listed in the USA (symbol MONA)
and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xe:GZWM)

News for 'HFBV' - (Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. Announces the Addition of a New and Valuable Member of the Team)

LOS ANGELES, Jul 03, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (Pink
Sheets:HFBV) is proud to announce that Harold E. Reyes will be joining the HFBV
Family as Vice President of Business Development for the Hispanic Market.

Harold E. Reyes will direct and develop distribution, marketing, and advertising
campaigns targeting the Hispanic Market. In addition, Harold instantly brings to
HFBV direct access to thousands of independent convenience stores located in key
Hispanic communities throughout the West and Southwest of the United States.

"I am thrilled to be working with Harold again," said Robert Rosario, CEO of
HFBV. "The timing is perfect in light of the geographical reach of the
distribution announcements we will be making in the upcoming weeks. Mr. Reyes is
a team player and was instrumental in assisting me in the successful rollout of
the Hansen's Natural Smoothies nectar line for the Hispanic market."

Along with his strategic planning and implementation skills, Harold produced
television and radio commercials for Hansen's Natural Smoothies targeting the
Hispanic market, as well as organized sampling events to create brand awareness
to reach this market segment. He is a consummate guerrilla marketer and
self-starter.

In addition, Mr. Reyes is a major television producer of hit television shows in
the Hispanic market and currently has three top ten shows on the air on the
Azteca America network.

Because of his strategic alliances with the Azteca America network, Harold
expects to develop strong marketing partnerships for major product integration,
brand awareness promotions, and placement on television shows.

Harold states, "One of the things I learned is that hope is not a strategy. I do
not hope to succeed in increasing sales and distribution of HFBV. I am outlining
a very specific plan with key strategic alliances that will shake the market. I
think BIG.

"It's a natural law to grow from small to big. Plants do it, children do it, and
companies do it. There is an imminent growth for HFBV.

"The management team I met is very solid and achievement driven. It's great.
Robert Rosario is one of the best elements you can find in any marketing
campaign and HFBV has him. I am glad I am part of the team because I know deep
inside that our success is the result of a natural law. All the elements are
present to make HFBV a very successful beverage company."

"Harold's Hispanic Marketing experience, along with his distribution and
advertising know-how, will be a valuable asset in reaching the Hispanic market,"
stated Calvin Ross, COO of HFBV.

News for 'RVGD' - (Revenge Designs, Inc. Progress Update)

DECATUR, IN, Jul 03, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Revenge Designs, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, provides
a corporate update to its shareholders.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs, Inc. President and CEO, stated:

As in the previous press release the excitement surrounding the Honda Ridgeline
is outstanding. Every Dealership who has seen the vehicle either in person or
via the website is extremely enthusiastic with the overall look of the vehicle
and in these times of skyrocketing fuel prices this vehicle now offers great
miles to the gallon and is a fantastic looking sports truck. Market awareness
must be pursued diligently.

Most Honda Dealerships are expecting their 2009 Ridgelines shortly. Here at
Revenge we are gearing up for a very busy period. The next phase of marketing
will be concentrating on Ohio to New York; dealer excitement is sure to
continue.

The GTM project is moving forward; the design and manufacture of new parts that
will be exclusively used by Revenge Designs is a great step forward to producing
a finely tuned sports car.

Regarding the expansion plans we have changed the existing floor plan for the
new facility. With a lot of consultation the new changes will make assembly run
much smoother. That said, the expansion plans are secondary to finalizing the
build of the GTM and market awareness and advertising of the company.

We are currently interviewing executives for the sole purpose of pushing forward
the Revenge Designs name and quality of work to the masses. We are also working
on new designs for future vehicles that can only move the company forward.

Lastly all of us here at Revenge Designs would like to thank everyone for their
continuing emails and phone calls of support, together we will keep moving
forward.

Sincerely,

Peter Collorafi

News for 'MBIR' - (MobiClear Purchases Three Security Systems, Solidifying Its Product Line of Security Products)

MANILA, Philippines and LAGUNA HILLS, Calif., July 7, 2008 /PRNewswire via
COMTEX/ -- MobiClear, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MBIR),
(http://www.mobiclear.com), owner of the unique, patent pending Personal
Identification Verification solutions system to help eliminate credit and debit
card fraud, announced today that it is purchasing three state-of-the-art
security products from Bastion Payment Systems
(http://www.bastionpaymentsystems.com).

MobiClear also announced it has effected a 250 for 1 reverse stock split,
effective 5 p.m. July 11th, 2008. The transaction with Bastion will be paid with
five million reverse split shares of its common stock.

"The new products give MobiClear a significantly enhanced suite of security
products, allowing it to provide security in numerous business environments,
including Internet shopping, business-to-business transactions and retail
shopping," said Stephen P. Cutler, CEO. "We are confident these new products,
combined with our existing line of products, will lead to significant business
and revenue opportunities."

The Bastion products, for institutions and commercial entities such as banks and
Internet businesses, include an application firewall system, a dynamic DNS
request system and an anti-DDOS system. A firewall is one of the fundamental
tools of network security, screening all inbound and outbound traffic. The
system developed and introduced by Bastion is both scalable on multiple hardware
platforms yet sophisticated enough to examine packets at the application layer,
ensuring a high-end security system.

The DNS request system allows for digital data that is managed and stored
through servers to be more accessible to consumers by increasing the number of
multiple IP addresses available. The anti-DDOS system significantly reduces the
possibility of success of a Distributed Denial of Service attack on an on- line
business.

MobiClear's own unique technology helps eliminate credit and debt card fraud by
providing a Personal Identification Verification check via a mobile phone.
Worldwide credit card fraud for online transactions cost businesses more than
$60 billion annually, according to the research firm Financial Insights. A 10
percent reduction of this fraud using MobiClear products would save businesses
more than $6 billion.

When using a credit card, the MobiClear customer will receive a prompt, to which
they must respond with a four-digit pin code. Without that code, the card will
not work, the transaction will fail. "This is a fail-safe method to ensure that
no one else is using your credit or debit card," Mr. Cutler said.

ABOUT MOBICLEAR: MobiClear, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MBIR),
(http://www.mobiclear.com), headquartered in Manila, Philippines, offers a range
of solutions to credit card and debit card fraud based on its patent- pending
Personal Identification Verification system. It also offers products to ensure
against fraud in all electronic transactions, including telephone and Internet
transactions.
