BEAVERTON, Oregon, Jul 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation
(www.hydrafuelcell.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security
Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC), announced today that its distributor, Conexa
Products of Miami, Fl.(www.conexaproducts.com), has signed a Letter of Intent
with Distribution Management Services, Inc.(DMGS.PK), to provide HydraStax(R)
hydrogen fuel cells for a development of 174 deluxe, affordable homes that DMGS
is developing near Orlando, Fl. DMGS plans to begin construction on the first 25
homes within 60 days according to DMGS announcements (www.dmgsonthenet.com).
American Security Resources Corporation
ARSC is a holding company developing clean energy technologies. Its Hydra Fuel
Cell Corp. subsidiary is developing high volume, mass producible hydrogen fuel
