CPA, just a word of advise: I think you will be making a fool of yourself and will get little to no support for such a move. Just my opinion.

cpa: The executives are selected by the directors.
The directors are elected by the stockholders.

Wouldn't it be more sensible for you to focus on installing a director or two
rather than trying to pre-empt the directors on installing an officer or two?

The one question is infinitely more common in proxy statements than the other.
For good reason.

Best wishes,
John

CPA, Steven Sprague is the creator and visionary of trusted computing as we know it today. The TCG would simply not exist at this level in 2004 if not for Stevens relentless, persistent, charismatic, and passionate approach towards realizing Wave ubiquity in the trusted computing space. You say its the tech alone that has kept Wave afloat and has brought this company to the edge of that ubiquity. I say the tech would have been acquired long ago without Stevens stubborness and persistence to own this trusted computing space as we will surely come to know very soon. All the travel and deals made over drinks and dinner with the RIGHT poeple who believe in Steven and his vision have paid off my friend. Go ahead and embarrass yourself amongst the few remaining peers that you do have in this community and cast your measly vote on the next proxy. I personally hope you choose to quietly celebrate when this company financially succeeds as I will be disgusted if you choose to celebrate with the Wave community in Vegas. Good luck with casting your vote.

cpa...I believe that you

will get more support than some here think.

This MB has garnered a false hope of financial fullfillment among those cheerleaders who fail to see & accept the facts.

All dots do not connect to Wave, and our company is on very fragile foundations now; no revs in 2 Q's, and we can all kiss our investment bye-bye.

There's many holders who believe that a real manager is needed to pilot this thing through monitization, and SKS is NOT the guy. He belongs alongside those nuturing the tech, NOT driving the bus. Nepotism is killing our bottom line, and we shareholders CAN do something about it.

We will.

Thanx, cpa.

cpa...re proxy

I'm curious, then will the proxy have your "name" on it so to speak, or is it a process that you can do anonymously?

cpa,

I'm going to go thru the process of haveing a management change question on the proxy.

Since management and the BOD control a very large portion of the shares, and many of the recent funding shareholders are/were not involved back then, and gauging the sentiment of longs here that obviously have another large portion of shares, I think your vote will go horribly against you. Don't waste your/our time please.
