go-kitesurf I would let guys like CPA and hhh do thier thing. When reality hits them that thier hatred and vendettas against management fall on deaf ears, and they realize that they are a company of two, (or make that three with keV), they might come to the conclusion then that they are totally wrong in their assessment of the current management.

In fact, I believe that Feb. & March could bring us long awaited news we have been longing for. {Not a prediction, just my opinion. [This opinion is not even from a rumor mill]}.

You will get a proxy anyway. So, why are you afraid to cast your vote. Let the shareholders decide, that is the American way, last time I checked.

For those of you who are so against this, you must have something to fear.

As far as my making a fool of myself, well, you all think that of me anyway (not that I care). If the shareholders vote against it, so be it. If they vote for it, maybe it will be time for you all to sell.
