24601....And from what I understand, as explained to me not long ago by knowledgable executive/BOD memeber of a rather large corporation, is that by and large BOD members are basically chosen and removed by large institutional investors. He said in effect, in reality the average investor(s) have little say in who's on the board.

Also, I believe it was Bingoman who stated the same on the board as well a month or so ago.

I understand that. However, unless there is a wholesale change in the BOD, there will not likely be a change in Mgt.

Therefore, along with an attempt to change a BOD or two, I would like to see the shareholders instruct the BOD to make certain changes in mgt.
