Thalio, we have a basher here seeming to ask legitimate questions and then they question on whether or not they should sell. Up, your 3,000 shares are in doubt, sell as soon as you can. That way you and the other NON-shareholders have no reason to be here.

Phanuel p. is real, looked into many times over. The people they have joining the BOD are great. The scientist are really great too. Panic is how the MM's get more shares, it's a trap. Nothing has changed and we all know the real big numbers are months away yet, be patient. Watch the trees shake, monkeys usually fall out.

cygxup--re: CYGX's legitimacy

I have to admit I'm getting a little weary reading charges that CYGX is anything less than what it is--a top notch developmental biotech company with dedicated and experienced management, and a potentially breakthrough science.

A quick look at the two top officers -

Malcolm Skolnick, PhD, JD – Chairman/President and CEO

Malcolm Skolnick received his Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University and JD from the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to joining the CytoGenix, Dr. Skolnick held academic positions in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the School of Public Health of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Health where he formerly served as Professor of Technology and Health Law. Prior to joining the School of Public Health, Dr. Skolnick managed the Health Science Center's Office of Technology Management and oversaw the University's activities in protecting and licensing its patent portfolio of technology.

Frank Vazquez – Executive Vice President and COO

Prior to joining CytoGenix, Mr. Vazquez was a consultant specializing in life science start-up enterprises. He was the founding President/CEO of Lark Technologies, Inc. and Medical Metrics, Inc. For the past 13 years, Mr. Vazquez has been engaged by BCMT, Inc. the commercialization subsidiary of Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston and individual clients to organize and start several new medical and biotechnology companies. Mr. Vazquez previously held management positions with CooperVision, Inc., Booz Allen and Hamilton, ITT Corporation and IBM.

So what you're writing cygxup is that these two businessmen are engaging in a fraud with Phanuel designed to deceive investors.

Since you are doing that in writing in a public forum, I think what you're engaged in probably amounts to libel, and you might want to be a little more circumspect.

If you don't like the way Phanuel does business, and it shakes your belief in CYGX, then do what you have to do. But I've spoken to the management of CYGX on many occasions, and they've been open and helpful every time. So I'm not sitting idly by while anyone impugns their characters.

These are legitimate businessmen with an impressive board of directors and they are not engaging in any kind of fraud or deception on any level.

cygxup, you are very naive and paranoid. Ever heard of DAARAN?
It's a corporation, in a midwestern state, privately owned by my inlaws. The name is made from the names of their three children (note caps): "DAvid, sARa, susAN".

It has made LOTS of money, a family owned business. It does business under a different public name (a small chain of grocery stores).

You can find NOTHING about it on the internet. It has existed for 20+ years. It is as legitmate as you can get. If my father-in-law ever decided to invest in a license for a new drug (thru DAARAN), he sure as H#@LL wouldn't want people like you bugging him.

Sometimes things actually exist in the real world which do NOT get mentioned on the internet. People value privacy, even when they have legitimate businesses.

Sell your cygx, please, and leave us alone.

mutt,
How much money you have in the bank? How much you owe on your house? Getting along with your relatives?
These are the same questions you are asking Phanuel. Remember, they are a PRIVATE COMPANY not registered in the US, not doing business in the US.
What business is it of yours?

CYGXUP,

I have the same concerns that you have expressed. I would also like to know if Phanuel has ever done any business in India or China and if they have ever done any type of RX business anywhere? If they have or haven't, what expertise are they bringing to the table? It is no small task getting a RX product tested, approved and marketed in countries like India & China.

I, like you, would feel better if we had answers to these questions and not go on blind faith. I think that is our job as investors. Please keep digging. Information is what helps all investors.

I like your name, hope the stock follows it! :)

Bail out by all means, it should free up another couple of hundred shares that we can pick up.

Cygxup, bail from what price? You just joined a couple days ago and now you question everything about the company.

Nope, I don't think you are bailing, in fact, I think you are trying to get the price as low as possible to pick up as many shares as possible.

One thing I hate as much as extreme pumpers, is a deceitful speculator who plays on the fears of some for their own profit. Don't mind anyone getting shares as cheap as possible, but dislike those who take advantage of people's fears of losing money, then scaring them into taking a loss. Sick people.

CYGX will do just fine, probably not by end of year like old Skooby has predicted at one time. I do like the fact that he has toned it down a bit. But, CYGX should begin a possible move up anyday. Company will probably have some good news before the year's out. Either way, stock will not remain at this level for long. Extremely strong support in the 40's and looks to be oversold at this time. Expecting a move up soon.
