cygxup--re: CYGX's legitimacy

I have to admit I'm getting a little weary reading charges that CYGX is anything less than what it is--a top notch developmental biotech company with dedicated and experienced management, and a potentially breakthrough science.

A quick look at the two top officers -

Malcolm Skolnick, PhD, JD – Chairman/President and CEO

Malcolm Skolnick received his Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University and JD from the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to joining the CytoGenix, Dr. Skolnick held academic positions in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the School of Public Health of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Health where he formerly served as Professor of Technology and Health Law. Prior to joining the School of Public Health, Dr. Skolnick managed the Health Science Center's Office of Technology Management and oversaw the University's activities in protecting and licensing its patent portfolio of technology.

Frank Vazquez – Executive Vice President and COO

Prior to joining CytoGenix, Mr. Vazquez was a consultant specializing in life science start-up enterprises. He was the founding President/CEO of Lark Technologies, Inc. and Medical Metrics, Inc. For the past 13 years, Mr. Vazquez has been engaged by BCMT, Inc. the commercialization subsidiary of Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston and individual clients to organize and start several new medical and biotechnology companies. Mr. Vazquez previously held management positions with CooperVision, Inc., Booz Allen and Hamilton, ITT Corporation and IBM.

So what you're writing cygxup is that these two businessmen are engaging in a fraud with Phanuel designed to deceive investors.

Since you are doing that in writing in a public forum, I think what you're engaged in probably amounts to libel, and you might want to be a little more circumspect.

If you don't like the way Phanuel does business, and it shakes your belief in CYGX, then do what you have to do. But I've spoken to the management of CYGX on many occasions, and they've been open and helpful every time. So I'm not sitting idly by while anyone impugns their characters.

These are legitimate businessmen with an impressive board of directors and they are not engaging in any kind of fraud or deception on any level.
