Thalio, I have great respect for you here on this board. I love what CYGX does and with all my heart, I want it to success. Its success is my success.
I have read all the press releases on CYGX from since 1999 to now. I have gone through the entire CYGX website. I have learned as much as I can on the science of CYGX and its officers.
Yes. CYGX's science is revolutionary and could be a pivotal change in the way diseases are treated. The publications from prestigious university experiments and biotechnology journals are solid.
Yes. CYGX have an impressive Board of Directors and Scientific Advisory Board. They all have great history and accomplishments.
However, sciences plus geniuses does not always equal to commercialization success. (That's why the stock is so cheap, right?) The anouncement of an actual commerical licensing of the herpes cream product to a real life company for a significant amount of money is a tremendous booster of confidence (if it is indeed legitimate). There are many gray areas of business that do not necessarily break the law. Ask Ken Lay of Enron. He is enjoying the good life and the law can't touch him.
If the PUBICLY anounced relationship between CYGX and Phanuel is solid, there need not be any secretiveness regarding the Phanuel organization or the compensation (amount of money) that exchanged hands.
- When is the organization formed?
- What is its corporate address? (US Virgin Islands and ...)?
- Who are the officers?
- What are the organization's products/services/Objectives?
- Who and how can potential customers contact to acquire such products/services?
These are no trade secret, IMO.
A business, be it public or private, will be more than willing to share the above information with the public at large. Billions of dollars are spent by businesses to get corporate name recognition and product/service brand recognition. There are many secrets a company much keep from their competitors, just not the above information.
