on the contrary, MY USSE shares will disappear to be replaced by... ta-da... ONYI shares much like yours, in fact just like yours (only I will have some number more than now based on any final adjustmenst to the original info released). You it would seem will have both original x-#-shares of ONYI & converted USSE/nowONYI shares equal to 1x + 1.3x = total holdings new-ONYI-post-merger shares.
But neither of us should be surprised IF in a short while the name reverts to USSE because of the logic of the name and all the money spent on logo design and name recognition!
