Thanks for the informative post.
That does clear things up.
I thought we'd still own usse and onyi, and they
would still trade under two seperate entities.
If and when this merger takes place, I might just
sell some of the combined company to put some
into sstp. Does that sound logical?
I think both sstp and usse/onyi will sort of run
hand in hand. I'd hate to be out of sstp if it
had a good run. I also believe that when the merger is done,
i might be a bit overextended in onyi/usse, as i received a large dividend from jmcp in the form of onyi shares.
