on the contrary, MY USSE shares will disappear to be replaced by... ta-da... ONYI shares much like yours, in fact just like yours (only I will have some number more than now based on any final adjustmenst to the original info released).
You it would seem will have both original x-#-shares of ONYI & converted USSE/nowONYI shares equal to 1x + 1.3x = total holdings new-ONYI-post-merger shares.

But neither of us should be surprised IF in a short while the name reverts to USSE because of the logic of the name and all the money spent on logo design and name recognition!

And we'll all be happy and prosperous ever after!
