the issue i'm having .. and why i *speculate* .. new trading crew (NR) .. playing here .. is because of how many *imo* washed trades are being done .. and the
other *fact* in play .. the hidden trade done (for PTOI it is massive in size as in up until *volume* day .. PTOI's Monthly volume total was running about 400000)

now not to note the obvious .. but the very next day MM CANT parked on the ask 400000 @ 0146 ..
a difference of 583 *shares* and a cost difference of 5648 vs 5840

some might remember just how many years ago *CANT* entered the PTOI playing field .. and at what PPS .. (30c~)

so it may be nothing .. or it may be something .. what vehicle of choice has taught me
in alignment with years of documentation/observations as to NRs' *intent* .. is that coincidences rarely occur

either way .. curious to see how PTOI is *handled* for the next round ..

always worth noting what NR (Non Retail) *focuses* on .. ;)

and just *one* reason why documentation matters on an OTC target

regarding the *tape* as if PTOI had a outrageous trade to reset the 52 week high from 055 to 8c ..
reminder one would have to go back to June 2017 for a volume comp

in the 9 minutes that the *pre-set* algo pancaking/laddering up that was in play was underway

PTOI went from .012c to .08c

there were a few aspects of those 9 minutes that are worth noting ..

first .. NR almost always has to *run a targeted stock to reset said targeted stock*
when targeted company actually *outlasts* NR .. most targets' observed get
*run* every 6 to 9 months .. it was exactly 1 year to the month since PTOI was last *run* ..
and what is so interesting about that one .. (besides the 5c 52 week high reset)
is how many months it took NR to *reset PTOI back down* in 2018
and a reminder of PTOI's *volume* YTD in 2017 .. 13M and change .. and YTD 2018 .. 13M and change

second .. 1 minute into *run* .. 6 known (long/s) GTCs' sold .. all were all done *higher* than limit .. some significantly so

third .. 2 minutes into *run* .. what appears to be a washed trade of 35000 goes off (35000/10000/25000) .. interestingly to me ..
first tranche of 35000 done @ 05 (ties 52 week high set in early January 2018) .. second tranche of 35000 done @ 055 ..
resetting 52 week high in January 2019

fourth .. 3 minutes into *run* .. 50000 sized trade @ 08 ($4000.00) goes off to reset *comfortably* the 52 week high on PTOI

fifth.. a *massive* sized trade (for PTOI) went off .. but it was a hidden trade done @ .0141 for 400583 *shares* 8 minutes into the 9 minute *run* .. ($5648.22)

now what was interesting about this trade .. besides size and being hidden
are 3 aspects .. taking cost comp'd to 8c reset .. (difference of $1648.00) .. noting
that the very next day *CANT* would show on *ask* .. a size of 400000 @ .0146c
and how many minutes *hidden* trade done after 52 week high *reset* to 8c .. 5 minutes

the hidden trade is a targeted trade .. and imo based on how *handled* (ie being done after take up to 8c) was planned in total ..

NR controls every aspect (and has for years) on PTOI (the stock)
