If documentation matters, exactly what benefit has it ever provided shareholders during the 98 percent drop in share price? Looks more like its perpetrating a fraud. Has the documentation ever been validated by a legal office of any kind?

How has this documentation ever aided the CEO in fixing the broken processor?

Exactly what is this documentation providing and why is it only provided on known pump and dump scams?

what always matters is volume ..

volume .. as has been noted for years is the key to what *was* and is being done
whether it's NRs' initial *run* up b4 reset back down .. and the subsequent cycles of money in play b4
final kill order is given .. and let's be very clear .. *awareness* factor of both retail investors and OTC targets
wasn't on par a decade ago as it is today .. which is why P2O (the company) remains interesting to say nothing
of the sector being in its ascension .. I/O remains *enviable* 10 years *in* .. but what creates a *massive* issue
for NR is if P2O (company) can actually deliver measurable progress to her *actual* investors .. 1000s of 'em
many of whom (early/originals) have never sold one share of PTOI ..

hence the importance of understanding *volume* .. of which the daily tape of trades *makes* up said volume
