The manufacturer will contribute approximately $3.1 million in Hydrochloric acid (“HCL”) refining equipment that will allow elements of the MedRcycler medical waste residuals to be processed into HCL for sale. The partnership agreement provides for the contribution of the processing equipment in return for a twenty percent (“20%”) gross profit participation right from the processing and sale of the HCL.

To Sum Up, The company has 6 subs, 30 employees, patents, and their cutting edge medical recycling plant will be operational in the First Quarter of 2020 in Rhode Island.

For me, SNPW is one of the most undervalued among a few legit stocks on the OTC Market. Because The Company currently has 16.3 Million Dollars Capital and 627 million outstanding shares. If you divides $16.3 million Capital/ 627 million shares = .026 dollars share price but share price $.0031. It means extremely undervalued.
I even haven't added upcoming 12.6 million dollars bond from the Rhode Island Government.

Been doing a lot of searches and reading on this and the overwhelming evidence is that China manufacturers supply the world with test kits. Especially this company:

Now, the bottom line is, not just anybody is allowed to SELL these test kits. You have to be authorized. Sort of like selling NIKE, ADIDAS or SKETCHER sneakers/shoes from China.

I am personally PISSED that the country that ALLOWED this pandemic to spread globally just happens to be the country who supplies the WORLD with PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and freaking TEST KITS!

But it is, what it is... and the bottom line, if the Regional Sales Director of ABMC says they are swamped with orders, then like any SELLER of goods from a manufacturer they will make $$$!

AND... if AMBC's manufacturer is in the good 'ole USA, even better! We don't have to rely on shipping delays or shortages.

To back up my research, when you have time, GOOGLE this phrase: "where to buy covid 19 blood test kit"

What you'll find is that you have to be an authorized SELLER of these kits to receive them from manufacturers. Obviously, AMBC has a deal with a manufacturer because they are in the testing business and are a reputable company (unlike some other penny tickers who CLAIM they will have a kit, ABMC is already sending them out to Gov't municipalities.)
