CDIX potential CBD/cannabis play-89 M OS and 6 M float.
They did a RS last fall and the stock has fallen from 9 cents just 17 days ago to .0036 on only about 4 M shares traded in total. Again...IN TOTAL.
And otc markets confirms that the OS and float has not changed in 2 months. So this is not dilution causing the fall. Especially looking at the past 2 weeks from .08 to .0036. No change. Still 89 M OS and 6 M float.
Current market cap is $320 K. They are on tap to do over $4 M in revs this year with over $1 M in EBITDA and have over $3 M in assets with their multitude of company holdings.
The exciting thing is last fall on a Conference call the CEO stated they are working on doing a reverse merge with a cannabis/cbd company. Rumor is that merge is getting close.
With this share structure, and how hot cbd plays are again, any announcement takes it to 20 cents or more.
