IMUN .0075 massive run coming. 10 K just got released. This will be followed by the Def 14 A tomorrow I am guessing and then the PRs begin!

Massive run coming.

The company has been in a quiet period since last November as they have been waiting for the Def 14 A to get approved. However the govt shutdown stalled things and they had to wait for the 10 K to be out to release the 14 A.

Now that these 2 filings are coming out, expect a massive run as they have been saving up PRs for the past 4 months as they prepare to reverse split onto Nasdaq or the AMEX.
