The honest truth is the odds are stacked against this company big time. Trying to take market share from Samsung and Apple would be a complete joke if it wasn't already in the works, which it is, which is why anyone investing in ANDI should do it with funds they can afford to lose. I'm hoping for a miracle here, which is what it would be if they beat the odds in the end.

Excellent daily expose of a P&D. I have been an investor in the smartphone industry since 1999. Nothing this company says passes the smell test. The biggest scam is none of them have any significant experience or history in the smartphone business, yet they are so expert in it they can offer greater specs at a lower cost than the majors. A completely inexperienced company with no assets or revenue is going to ramp up enough production in 6 months to produce higher spec phones than huge conglomerates at a lower cost? With a couple of employees? The costs of defending the phone against all the patent owners will kill it in the least. All the peeps here are buying pump from someone who never made a successful phone before, and now they know more than Apple, Samsung, LG, Nokia, Microsoft, Huawei, Lenovo, and ZTE? Now there seems to be evidence that most of the somewhat experienced partners have been involved in cellphone scams before? Makes it even worse. And massive dilution to boot? Run like hell, unless you can see some real short term pumps to sell into, longs will get killed here. Most times you cant see OTC scams until its too late. This one you can see a mile away.

But, you make many assumptions and they come across as true facts. If you left out your assumptions that you cannot support, the DD would be better.

Hey thanks for all of your hard work, you actually confirmed what I already knew, which is why I love these companies for making money on. We are traders (well most of us) and this company and story has been told over and over again. But........ These are the best to make coin on. HYPE AWAY......... I LOVE IT.... Made 4k just on friday.... I hope it does go up to .25 that would be awesome.

I am in cash everyday at the end of the day unless there is really good catalyst. That said , this looks like it could go up 10X's it's current price from here and I for one will be on the money making train.......

I would like to humbly respond to the comments you made below about ANDI/Utopya regarding Loudon Owen and Blockchain:

Since Loudon Owen is involved in DLT Labs which is a blockchain related company (among many other current ventures) and Loudon Owen has been involved in at least one block chain conference over the past year, quite a few investors throw out baseless speculation on chat forums and social media about Utopya being involved in blockchain in the future. Those baseless claims continue to pop up from time to time in an effort to hype the stock.

Bottom line, since we don't know what is, we can't say "for sure" what is not. I think it's fair to speculate about the potential of ANDI going into some kind of a blockchain deal since having Loudon Owen on board considering his huge connections with blockchain, but only speculation because nothing concrete has been confirmed as such from what I am aware of. Yes, the market is based on facts, but when you don't have certain fact, then the market is based on speculation by some investors to determine if the risk is suitable for them to take. That's how you get in early on something huge.

What's important though is that people are here for the phones and not because of some blockchain deal. Anything blockchain would only be the gravy for the rest of the full course meal. The unveiling of the first phone on this Tuesday and the next two phones later are the reasons that the price has been going up since some were trying to convince the market otherwise and not because of any thoughts regarding blockchain.

Here is a key question:

Was an actual reverse merger EVER completed??

It was disclosed that Utopya Innovations Inc. bought the controlling pref A from William White on November 10, 2018. That would only give Utopya voting control of ANDI.

However, Utopya Innovations has been represented since about mid January as a "wholly owned subsidiary" of Andiamo Corp.

...but that is not how the deal was disclosed. Andiamo Corp. did not buy Utopya Innovations. At the moment it would only appear that Utopya Innovations has voting control of ANDI and nothing more.

There has not yet been any REVERSE MERGER which is why the financials don't show one.

Perhaps this whole thing rests on FINRA's approval...which has not yet arrived. The company would have had to get FINRA to approve the RM even before they would do a ticker and name change....and it has been over four months since the supposed RM.

Something is causing a problem with FINRA.
