Here is a key question:

Was an actual reverse merger EVER completed??

It was disclosed that Utopya Innovations Inc. bought the controlling pref A from William White on November 10, 2018. That would only give Utopya voting control of ANDI.

However, Utopya Innovations has been represented since about mid January as a "wholly owned subsidiary" of Andiamo Corp.

...but that is not how the deal was disclosed. Andiamo Corp. did not buy Utopya Innovations. At the moment it would only appear that Utopya Innovations has voting control of ANDI and nothing more.

There has not yet been any REVERSE MERGER which is why the financials don't show one.

Perhaps this whole thing rests on FINRA's approval...which has not yet arrived. The company would have had to get FINRA to approve the RM even before they would do a ticker and name change....and it has been over four months since the supposed RM.

Something is causing a problem with FINRA.
