Excellent daily expose of a P&D. I have been an investor in the smartphone industry since 1999. Nothing this company says passes the smell test. The biggest scam is none of them have any significant experience or history in the smartphone business, yet they are so expert in it they can offer greater specs at a lower cost than the majors. Here are the smartphone costs of production from each manufacturer:

A completely inexperienced company with no assets or revenue is going to ramp up enough production in 6 months to produce higher spec phones than huge conglomerates at a lower cost? With a couple of employees? The costs of defending the phone against all the patent owners will kill it in the least. All the peeps here are buying pump from someone who never made a successful phone before, and now they know more than Apple, Samsung, LG, Nokia, Microsoft, Huawei, Lenovo, and ZTE? Now there seems to be evidence that most of the somewhat experienced partners have been involved in cellphone scams before? Makes it even worse. And massive dilution to boot? Run like hell, unless you can see some real short term pumps to sell into, longs will get killed here. Most times you cant see OTC scams until its too late. This one you can see a mile away.
