All you have to do is call Loyola and ask them yourself.

Its funny how I call and verify my information and you just guess and post your opinion.

Unregistered shares are the same thing as restricted.

APOA and JPHC can still decide to register the shares before the merger if they choose but supposedly its very expensive to do so. Plus APOA doesnt want there price to go into a massive slide from the shares.

Who knows what will happen but what i stated was from Loyola.
So if you have a problem with it call them.

Do some DD for once. YOur a amateur for sure.

btw....don't waste your time trying to scare with your silly little postings and their concern about me losing my money, pumping the stock...yada, yada, yada. It's only a few thousand bucks....I could care less if it goes to zero. However, just think of the possibilities when this company takes off!

Thats' the way I see all of my investments and therefore invest accordingly.

PS...the little posts about my wife getting upset over me "throwing our money away" doesn't work for me either. She and many others know I've done well this year on AURC, NDOL, INSM, PTSC....to name a few.

Interesting also that in the past two weeks it has been said over and over that the shares are unregistered and the jphc holders will receive ZERO value. That's what an unregistered share is. This has been ...jeered at... and now that the May 10 date has passed, which I fully believed it would by having read the 8k, bigdogs says he's talked to Loyola to find out the shares are unregistered. But he still doesn't understand if he let himself be convinced they are restricted.

Unregistered shares don't exist. And I definitely do not count on these shares EVER being registered. APOA is going down. Their 10Q says that over and over - it just needs to be read without all that 'me getting rich!' emotion.
