LOL...OK...I pint you to FACTS from legal FILINGS....would you please point me to where it says shares will be restricted IMMEDIATELY.......Um, mr. know it all.....in case you didnt know, UNREGISTERED shares must be registered before then even legally exist...now, I have gone on reacord as stating I feel they WILL register them and issue them....but you are claiming shares will be restricted IMMEDIATELY...can you please show me the legal registratiuon statement filed with the proper authorities? If not, then will you admitt you are wrong and full of BS? Of course not..but facts are facts JACK!!

LOL..I do expect them to register and restrict the shares, but until they are registered, loyolas stament and yours is 100% BS to anybody that passed investing 101...again, please show me the filing that says the shares have been registered..if there is no legal filing, then you are 100% Full of BS...so, prove me wrong and prove yourself right and post a link to the filing that says the shares have been registered as of the time of your post...I expect to get no answer, which will again prove you are full of BS...after all..if you could prove me wrong, you WOULD...in a heartbeat..you would post the link proving me wrong and show where the share are no REGISTERED...but you wont? Why? Because you cant!!!
