Agreed....but I do think IF deal goes thru, they will register them..run apo up...try to make everybody happy and they will fleece this with dilution and rs's until shareholders are screwed....so, yes, agree with everything exceot that I do think they will play this the best way they can to line their pockets and fleece the sheep...and they can do that very easily by registering the shares...running apo up..and doing their 'thang'
<<Interesting also that in the past two weeks it has been said over and over that the shares are unregistered and the jphc holders will receive ZERO value. That's what an unregistered share is. This has been ...jeered at... and now that the May 10 date has passed, which I fully believed it would by having read the 8k, bigdogs says he's talked to Loyola to find out the shares are unregistered. But he still doesn't understand if he let himself be convinced they are restricted.
Unregistered shares don't exist. And I definitely do not count on these shares EVER being registered. APOA is going down. Their 10Q says that over and over - it just needs to be read without all that 'me getting rich!' emotion.>>
