This has been ...jeered at... and now that the May 10 date has passed, which I fully believed it would by having read the 8k, bigdogs says he's talked to Loyola to find out the shares are unregistered. But he still doesn't understand if he let himself be convinced they are restricted.

Unregistered shares don't exist. And I definitely do not count on these shares EVER being registered. APOA is going down. Their 10Q says that over and over - it just needs to be read without all that 'me getting rich!' emotion.
