52wkhi - sure is odd that you never hear people commenting on all the money they have made from, what is learned in monkinars, daytrading and trading ETF's. top secret?

You may be more correct than you know. My Broker, Pershing LLC, uses UBSS.
Pershing LLC (Pershing), member NYSE/FINRA/SIPC, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.
I just received a phone call from my brokerage house asking if I really meant to place a sell order today for 50,000 shares at $23 per share when the current price per share is only .63 per share.
I responded 'Yes I did'. To which he followed up with 'Well our desk trader wanted me to call and ask to be sure because it seems like a mistaken order to him.'
I responded it was not a mistake. Maybe wishful thinking on my part, but not a mistake. He then said 'Well OK then. I apologize for bothering you. I will tell our trader it is a correct sell order.'
I said 'Thank you.' and he hung up.
I am still grinning at the irony here. Thank you ‘bbb’ for finding this news story and alerting others to it last week.
Tommy Boy seemly is now on the painful end of a very similar slight-of-hand we have seen before when Tommy Boy claimed his accountant missed a legacy CD owed to KK's wife, and readily 'stuck it' to his duped shareholders without further explanation, defense, or reconciliation. At the time many posted their opinions that this was either grossly poor business acumen for a young Tommy Boy CEO, or Tommy Boy learned well from KK and was dumb like a fox. I believe his actions and activities since this 'discovery' have overwhelmingly supported the latter opinion.

'The debts predate Seaway Valley's ownership of North Country Hospitality, but the lenders claim that as successors in interest, the corporation is liable for payment. Seaway Valley acquired the assets and companies of North Country Hospitality, owner of Alteri Bakery, Sackets Harbor Brewing Co., Sackets Harbor Brew Pub, Good Fellos Brick Oven Pizza and Wine Bar and 1812 Station House, in June 2008.'
'The lenders claim that the agreement transferring the entities' ownership to Seaway Valley made it responsible for all debts and liabilities "whether known or unknown" as of June 1, 2008. The lenders claim that Thomas W. Scozzafava, chief executive officer of Seaway Valley, knew or should have known of the debts through the due diligence process.'

Could this be the beginning of a public unraveling of Tommy Boys House of cards? I will be watching and hoping. Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy IMO. My heart goes out to the innocent Hackets employees that were also taken for a ride by Tommy Boy. What he has done to benefit himself at the expense of others is shameful.
'Time wounds all heels'. It appears Tommy Boys time is nearly up.
Geezy, this article made my day. I especially like this part -
'The lenders claim that the agreement transferring the entities' ownership to Seaway Valley made it responsible for all debts and liabilities "whether known or unknown" as of June 1, 2008. The lenders claim that Thomas W. Scozzafava, chief executive officer of Seaway Valley, knew or should have known of the debts through the due diligence process. <<ANOTHER WHOOPSIE I DIDN'T SEE IT FROM TS>>
'What goes around comes around' might also apply here.
Nothing but crickets here since 1 April. Huh.
Enough. I sold the last of what I had today. Out completely now. GLTY.
Thanks for the chart. It has all you need, and nothing more. I like that one.
I like this explaination from [-geezy-]. It is an easier read than the one Brad put up too.

I picked up another 15k just now.
Placed the order above the ask at 0.41
Order filled in <10 seconds at 0.409
Nibble nibble.
So I got a call from my broker this morning, ~30 minutes before the open. Told me they screwed up yesterday. They owe me 5000 additional shares and would I like them to add 5000 more shares to my account at the open today for a price equal to yesterdays lowest PPS?
I said 'OK, sure'.
I now have 5000 more shares.
I believe that is what we saw at the open this morning.

Welcome [-geezy-]. Good to see you here.
I gave up posting on any of the Tommy Boy or KK stock boards. Don't watch them anymore either. Too much effort. Sapped my energy. Depressing.
Monks' plays, and the boards that follow them, are the antithesis.
I believe I'll hang around these guys for a while.
Hope you do too.
I didn't know that. I learn much by lurking around here and following some on the regulars. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
OK I have to ask; how are STrade and NITE connected? I have not heard this before.
Excellent!!!
Almost like we knew what we were doing ;)
I moved bid support to .43
Just doing what I can. I am in for the duration.
Done.
It may not show, but I just placed a 15k buy @ .41 that should route thru UBSS
Weren’t you working on a webcast with the big guy? When is that coming? Soon?
Looking at L2 reminds me of a Roadrunner cartoon where the coyote has run off the edge of the cliff, but has not yet begun to drop below. Just paused there. For effect.
The email from Tommy Boy circulating here that says something like ‘if the share price was higher, no dilution would be necessary’ is likely correct, but no one is buying this. It is a corner bar with an attached garage brewery. It was sold once a year back under contract and the new owners couldn’t make a profit so it boomeranged back to Tommy Boy. Nothing more.
Well then, here it is. My last post on this board. Ever. Promise.
So to be clear to all, I don't want more shares. I still have a few shares remaining in my account which I keep as a reminder of the painful lesson Garth gave with the last R/S he did. When the coming next R/S occurs (IMO of course), I will be R/S out completely, and all remaining shares will be erased from my account.
I try not to post anger, hate, or venom, and I hope I haven’t. I try to educate and provide ample amounts of information, with associated links to that information, so others can follow along. If others choose to continue here it will then be their choice to go forward with this stock eyes wide open.
If you do not yet know exactly what this stock play is by now, it is not because information was not presented to you. Anyone remaining here will certainly 'earn' what the future brings; Feast or Famine.
BigDaddyStack - as my last contribution to this board I post below a link to a good post that explains in great detail what the FINRA numbers I have been posting represent. Much to learn here. Took me several readings to comprehend it all.

On a very green day, St Patrick’s Day that is, I sign off here. GLTYA

Above are todays numbers and tell me 8.7m were shorted today.
Of the 30.9 total traded today; 9.3m were buys, and 30.5m sells.
...and on the chart, ICBT is between the gun fight and the dead horse. IMO of course.
Last minute MM tick down today. The walk down, albeit drawn out, appears to me to be continuing.
Oh oh, there you go again trying to confuse the rally monkeys using facts and logic.
OK, I read the PR again as you asked.
My understand and belief has not changed.
I will say that as long as their is buying at this level, the MM's will continue to sell shares short. I thought apathy would have settled in by now allowing the MM's to complete their walk down, but this has not happened yet. Just means the MM's have more time to sell more shares short which they will easily cover when they eventually do drop it below .0005 and cellar box it.
http://www.hotstockmarket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68486
It appeared to me very few shares were bought at .0008 a week ago before the MM's moved it up. Likewise very few shares were sold at .0012 last week before the MM's moved it back down this week. As long as their is activity between .0009 and .0011, the stock will maintain these levels. Once the activity dwindles, the MM's will continue their walk down.
Garth can easily put out more meaningless and hollow PR's to keep the interest here for a while, but eventually the resident rally monkeys will get tired and move on, and the MM's will complete their walkdown.
Here is the chart again. Anyone want my opinion where I believe we are on this chart?
Your own posts don't mean anything? Huh...OK then. Got it.
Oh come now. I point you to post # 2781, #1889, and on the Hacketts board, #66680. Same management for both stocks as you well know.

You and MONEYMADE have both been posting you have been talking to management. Today you posted asking me what management should do at this point. I replied saying to you have management respond to the questions presented previously for the Webcast.
So when is the Webcast? Soon?
Simple. Answer the questions many here provided you and 'MONEYMADE' to present to Mr Scozzafava for the webinar. By the way, when is the webinar someone promised to coordinate? Soon?
...or when this goes sub penny, maybe not so much.
There IS dilution here. I point you to post #2904, #2827, and #2760 for confirmation.

...and I do know Monk. Know him well. Monk is the 'architect' of the GRNO play in progress now. A Monkinar is in my near future. I am in 2 of his current 4 plays now. I do know what happened with GRNO, and continues to happen with GRNO quite well my friend. GRNO is a float lockdown. HBWO is not. Apples and oranges here. Apples and oranges.
Komando, you cannot compare this to GRNO. Not even close. GRNO is a float lock down play by Monks iHub team. GRNO is not diluting its own stock, which is required for a float lock down to work. No dilution is how GRNO obtained the recent gains to which you refer. HBWO is a dilution pig. Tommy Boy has his own agenda, and utilizes dilution as his means to an end. Churn and burn stockholders is his game. Apples and oranges my friend. Apples and oranges.
I was thinking the same thing.
One would think they read this board.
Nope. Dilution in progress and this stock now appears to be cellar boxed.

IMO an RS is coming.
