To the DEN,
I have been on IHUB since 2006 and have always tried to carry myself honestly in my dealings with others. Life has been both good and unkind but I always am thankful no matter what may come my way because of my faith and belief in a God who cares about me and uses all kinds of circumstances to mold me into what he wants me to be and not what I think is best.
Who ever thought the pot could tell the clay maker how best to form the pot. When I was younger I though I was a pretty cool pot. Now I realize that I am what he makes me and I give him all the glory.
So why you ask am I sharing this here in the DEN. I know that each of us is only a fragile human being and not worthy of the praise that only God deserves. Having said that I want to say that I do believe and it has been confirmed to me from several sources that Monk has a gift from God to make money. Pure an simple. I do not worship Monk or his ability to make money but rather I am thankful to my God that he has allowed me to be a student and friend and learn some of these ways from one who does not try to get credit or attention drawn for his charitable ways towards others.
Today as he has done on several other occasions since the Richmond Monkinar Monk called me to clarify some things and just talk about planes or whatever. I know he has taken occasion to drop what he was doing to also talk or PM many of you in the DEN on many occasions to find out how you are doing or to clarify or assist.
I do not post this to put him on a pedestal as I know that would embarrass him and I put no man or woman on a pedestal. Rather I see the God given gift of humility,charity and love he has to help others. I saw it firsthand in Richmond even though I have known Monk for almost three years by phone and PM.
What is it that makes his money making ability so different you ask. Well first of all he does like the old saying: “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime”—Author unknown
Monk embodies that saying by trying to not only give back but teaching and encouraging us to go beyond where he himself has gone in the financial arena. He teaches us how to make money.
So to anyone new or old to the DEN I would say the proof is in the pudding. Greed is the norm here on IHUB as people for the most part are out for themselves and I have seen firsthand that there are those here in the DEN and many outside the DEN on IHUB who care for others and try to help them. I have been fortunate to have met many who I will be friends with for a lifetime.
If I never invested another nickle in the stock market, traded the F's or held any lock down stocks I would always feel honored to have Monk,EX and many others as friends for life. You know who you are and the list grows daily.
None of us is perfect but part of the reason I even hang here is the honesty in the way Monk does business and says this is what I am buying and buys it...and buys it and buys more of it. He could have sold CDIV at .13 about a year ago and who would have blamed him for making money from .0007. He could have sold recently for .08 or .19 twice but he did not. HE continues to add because he see's the big picture.
Now I am posting and writing this of my own volition and want you all to see the big picture. The big picture is not selling CDIV at .20 where it closed Friday. The big picture may not even be selling CDIV at .25 or .75. When Monk posted a few days ago his conservative target for CDIV is $1.50 to $2.00 he was not just throwing out a figure. This is not his first Stock RODEO thus he knows from where he speaks.
My encouragement is for each of you that own CDIV to stop for a moment and see the big picture. That being that if Monk says conservatively the price target for CDIV is $1.50 to $2.00 don't you think since he originally called it at .0007 and it's now at .20 for a 28,471% gain so far he knows of what he speaks.
His track record and ability to do lock downs is successful. Now can it go higher? Yes if two things happen. First people who hold and are part of the team need to continue to hold so that the massive amount of shares of CDIV that have been shorted by the Market Makers are in time covered. Second that people see the big picture and buy as they have opportunity. If the price goes from .20 to $2.00 that would be an increase of 900%. From .0007 to $2.00 would be a total increase of 285,614%.
I know personally that on a previous lock down that Monk helped with, all the people are retired and have no need to do the WORK thing anymore.
Would you like to never have to go to WORK. Never have anyone telling you what to do or how to do it JOB wise. Wish to be successfully retired and do whatever you wish. Well you have a choice of just how much money you want to make on this CDIV lock down or any lock down like EIGH or future stocks as Monk brings them to the DEN.
Your choice. This is not a solicitation to buy a stock or do anything other than to look at the track record that Monk has to make money which he has been doing for years and say to yourself. Do I wish to be a part or not. Totally up to you. For those already part of the team that own lock downs like CDIV and EIGH decide how much you wish the Market Makers to hurt and where you wish for them to finally say we have to cover our millions of short shares and stop this pain. Let them feel what a concert of effort for the good guys and gals finally does to your portfolio and bank account and to their bankrolls. I am not against a Market Maker since they are suppose to allow an orderly market. But when the demand for shares and the buying of shares causes them to short out or sell air shares instead of allowing the price to naturally go up then I say let them eat crow. Eventually they want to cover and they will make their share of money as they let it run. Just up to us as a team how high we wish for it to run based on how long they chose to keep selling fake shares.
I know I have spoken by PM and phone to many of you here in the Den as has Monk and others. Let's keep our money in the Family and not give it to the M.M.'s anymore.
