SRMX,

Thanks...just trying to help. Please ask questions as much as you like even if you think they sound silly or naive. Nobody's gonna judge you here. There are a ton of really nice, smart and good lookin' folks here on the Den. wink

I read a previous post of yours where you make mention of being included in the Den's "Circle O' Trust". There really isn't a Circle O' Trust. I mean, some people obviously know each other longer than others, but everyone here is welcome to contribute as much or as little as they'd like. If it appears that a lot of people know each other pretty well...well, some of them do. A good amount of us have met and hung out at various Monkinars over the past year. We know a lot of what is going on in each others' lives. Some of us have never met, but the Den is more of a social board where we really get to know each other and kid around while we wait for the next Monkinar to attend (or get pictures and stories from) or while we wait for one of the FLDs to pop.

My humble suggestion to you is to try to attend a Monkinar. While I tend to emphasize how fun and somewhat raucous they can be (because they are!), more importantly, they are by far the most educational, eye-opening and as many can attest, life changing experiences you can treat yourself to. The daily seminar part of it is a combination of bonding through shared experience combined with really intense chart/trading training. I commented at the Pittsburgh Monkinar that it really is funny how intense people pay attention and ask questions during the training sessions. I don't recall being that engaged in any class in college, but then again, we all have a vested interest here.

It is no coincidence that Monkinar attendees all begin planning their "retirements" to pursue trading full-time shortly after attending. Monk gives you all the tools for this opportunity. This isn't any kind of get-rich-quick scheme, scam or snake-oil shop...this is the real deal. The testimonials in the I-Box speak for themselves. Spend an hour and half live trading with Monk after attending a Monkinar and you'll see just exactly how everything you've been taught comes together and how you can do it yourself.

I know I got off on a tangeant here, but really The Den is a bunch of people that all share a common interest, enjoy bantering throughout the day about anything under the sun, and all have the promise of improving their financial lives through Monk generously sharing his years of trading experience while the "Den Family" grows.

All the best,

Rick
