Good morning Den, many folks are asking, "where should I invest? In CDIV, EIGH or GRNO? Or should I invest in all three". I thought I would post here what I told the last individual, just in case there are others with the same questions. And what I didn't tell him in my post and should have is this, "Go to Monk's Den and talk with Monk and the folks there. In the Den you will come to an understanding of where and how you want to invest your money"

Here is the post for those who care to read:

Banks please read my post 72545 on this CDIV board. And after you read that this is what I can tell you. GRNO I have no position in. I am committed to CDIV and realize that I cannot get in every play every time. I am out to build wealth and will not get distracted by chasing the next best deal out there (even if it is a Monk picked stock). Chasing everything is a bad habit and will only get you doing that, chasing your tail. And I know GRNO will be a great play because it is a Monk stock. I have 110% confidence in Monk. GRNO has a small float, I assume it will have no dilution, and with that should get locked up quickly and pay great dividends. Yet I have not done my DD so can't claim I know that much about it. EIGH I have a position in and keep an eye on it and know it will do well (it is a Monk stock). But I still have total focus on CDIV and until we see it through that is where my focus will be before I focus on the next one. EIGH will have no to little dilution (they are extremely responsive to shareholders and are responsible with their money). EIGH has great and promising fundamentals, I will be playing it heavy after I am finished with CDIV. Timing on all these stocks?, no one really knows the timing, if we did we would all be trillionaires. But CDIV was started first and is further down the path to fruition. Will the others catch up and pass her? I don't know? You can't lose on any of those stocks is my belief, just some will move quicker and pay off sooner then the others. Which ever on you decide on, whether you chose to do two or all three, just remember. Know why you took your position and the objective you are planning to achieve by doing so. Then stick to that plan and do not start jumping around and chasing the next talked about fad. See it through, get your reward, and move on to the next. I suggest the next should be whatever is being suggested by Monk. Even if Monk has no suggestions at the time you have your cash to invest. Then just sit on your cash until he does. You will make far more money by being patient and doing things right. Rather then thinking I'll just put my money here until Monks next pick and then move it. If you do that you will most likely get stuck in something, not get your money out in time and miss what Monk had at that time. It is OK not being in a position while waiting for one very good one. So if you haven't decided where you will put your money after all that jibberish and I apologize for being long winded, then I say my heart is with CDIV and would love to see you support that stock. I do feel it is very close to moving hugely and should do anyone who is invested in it very well. Good Luck to you sir and what I just posted is my opinion and what I do. If you chose to follow suit great but make sure you are comfortable with your decision(s) and that it is your choice. I wish you all the luck in the world.
