With a stock like this you just have to deal with wide spreads but knowing that it can run at anytime it’s sometimes best to just have a position and scale in when volume picks up. Of course tens of thousands of shares here is “a lot”. That’ll change one of these days once more developments occur with Phoenix and their BTC ventures here in the states.
