A letter to shareholders definitely would be a nice gesture. If we go back to when they first lost QB status wasn’t it because they couldn’t produce audited financials? That’s a year ago. They’ve had a lot of time. And even if those are a big hold up why not at least put out quarterly’s and say we’re working on the annual audits still?

I'm sure there's an ongoing audit. If there's issues and concerns regarding recent acquisitions or previous book keeping, that'll require time for restatements.
A letter to shareholders on the process and timelines would have been nice to have. Maybe they will??

You can only sell. You cannot purchase. More retail screws from our fabulous Sec. So the MMS provide traders with the ultimate expert screw job. If permitted I would be buying at substantially higher levels.

Okay I'll play along. First off I've only posted their responses to me emails. I don't believe anybody is able to purchase shares on the em, at least in the u.s. maybe Canadian but I know I can't.
As for your holdings and post bias, highly skeptical on both. But hey, I really don't care either way.

Oh I’m sure they want to regain compliance. When things take way longer than they should there is usually a good reason. Or bad reason. And ya I’m pretty invested here at just under 2000000 shares. So of course I want them to get current. It’s just that I’ve been through this before and you’ve been pumping since the first notice of late filing. Why pump? Just wait till it happens if it happens. Why try get others in the same shit as your in?

Who knows, maybe they got a more competent, better deal, or accommodating firm. They've got a lot of pieces, domestic and international. All I know is that there's a lot of inside shareholder shares behind the big dollar investments.
Whoever sold shares on the expert market is a fool..

Hopefully but I’m not very optimistic on that. They never even filed a late notice for filing the last quarter. Your supposed to do that regardless on if your going to miss that deadline or not. I’ve been through this same thing before with ntcxf. That was 2018 and nothing since other than delisted off the TSX pos. Been on otc expert market since worth nothing.

We should have filings within 3 weeks or sooner, depending on the auditors capacity's. The opening should be a sizeable increase from sub .01
