The diluted share count is way more than 64 mil...that diluted count was based on 2.5 mil shares o/s...now there are 5.5 mil o/s shares....we are probably well north of 100 mil diluted o/s. It will continue to rise and the share price will continue to drop. Nobody who bought into this stock a few years ago, or even a few months or weeks ago, will make back their losses...IMO. We will all continue to lose as time goes on. That 10k was horrible...I really do hate to be so negative, but the reality of this situation is negative. lol...nope, unfortunately I never sold a single share since I bought in back in 2012. The time to get out was when it went to .018 before the collapse to sub penny last year. I am down around $3500...I have it completely written off. On the bright side for you, and some of the other members of the board who were waiting for this price dip, can now buy more shares. GLTY

Looks like I was a few weeks off, but that .08 I said would happen should happen this week. I don't know why anyone thinks that a positive phase 1b study on OX1 will help the share price. OX1 completed a phase 1b study years ago, and it did absolutely nothing for the share price then. I'm still calling sub penny by the EOY...all IMO. GLTA

I see what your saying, but there is the potential for Intellect to have added over a million more shares to the float. Now that wouldn't be a lot of dilution if the stock had over a billion shares O/S like it did before the R/S, but potentially adding another million + shares to an O/S of 3.4 million, is a huge amount of dilution. That is why you are seeing the stock price hit lower highs and lower lows from the .50 it was at right after the R/S. It kinda of looks like the stock is being walked down again to me, just like it did when it went sub penny. GLTY

Where did you get the information that Intellect would be due a 10 to 13 million dollar milestone payment? I'm interested to know, because Intellect has never publicly stated the individual amounts of any milestone payments with OX1...just that the total could be 120 million in milestone payments, if the drug was approved. I didn't believe Intellect would receive any money from Pfizer, but I was wrong on that account. Although for some reason Intellect was shorted $800,000 of the 2 million dollar payment and had to pay their own legal fees. Still was a victory, but you should see that did absolutely nothing for the share price, and that is what I am telling everybody here...no matter what positive news comes, the share price will not move much to the upside because of all the dilution. If and when there is any positive news from any trials, you will see a small pop to the upside and then a walk down of the share price. I think Maza and the Board will do well with a successful trial...but the common shareholders, NO. I'm not sure if Intellect receives any milestone payments upon completion from any of the current trials...Ponz-phase2 or OX1-phase1. Maybe someone else knows, but Intellect has never put out anything that says they will get milestones upon completion of these phases...so if the trial or trials are successful, they will dump more shares into the float. This stock will never see $2let alone $5. The stock is currently trading at a little over 30% less then it was right after the 1 for 250 R/S. Chain is named as either the inventor or co-inventor of much of Intellects science. So he will see a payday if anything gets an FDA approval or if the company is sold off in pieces. Maza and the rest of the board are basically getting their salaries through shareholders and stock dilution. They will also see monies if there are any FDA approvals or pieces of the company sold. We the shareholders won't receive anything. It should be clear as day to anyone who has been in this stock for the past 3 years or longer. All IMO.

I've said it many times before and I still say it now... This companies stock is a scam... I believe their science is real, but we shareholders will never share in the success (if there is any) of their science. We are being used to fund salaries and pay some debts, in my opinion. I don't think Shire will pull a Pfizer on Intellect, however, if Shire is acquired by another big pharma then there could be something like what has happened between Pfizer and Intellect. I still don't know if Intellect would even receive anything from a successful phase 1b/2 trial. So the only way for Intellect to see money is to dilute the stock like it has done since it began trading.

Not really sure what to think with OX1. Shire has pushed back the results for it since JUne of this year. I know it is now a phase 1b/2 trial, but I'm not entirely sure if that is why the delay in results have occured. Your thoughts?
